Ingredients: 
  • 8 to 10 Lamb chops
  • 3 small carrrots
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tin peas,
  • 1 tin corn
  • 1 tin baby carrots
  • 1 tin potatoes
Preparation: 
  1. Throw your chops into the camp oven and brown them for about 3-4 minutes depending on how hot your fire is.
  2. Add all canned vegetable including the juice and top with a little water
  3. Check and stir every 10 minutes until meat is tender.
