A tasty yet simple pasta sauce that takes just minimal preparation.
- 500g Chicken mince
- 2 tsp deli basil paste
- 2 cloves garlic,
- ¼ cup white wine,
- 1 bottle pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry parmesan cheese
- Combine the mince with the garlic and basil paste and fry until brown.
- Add ¼ white wine until evaporated.
- Add the bottle of pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese
- Bring to boil – then simmer for 1 hour
Serve on hot pasta with extra parmesan cheese and a side salad
