Ingredients:
- 500g Chicken mince
- 2 tsp basil paste
- 2 cloves garlic,
- ¼ cup white wine,
- 1 bottle pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dry parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Fry the mince with garlic and basil paste until brown. Add the white wine and cook until evaporated. Add the bottle of pasta sauce and parmesan cheese
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for around an hour.
Serve on hot pasta with parmesan cheese and a side salad
