Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 Lamb chops
- 3 small carrrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tin peas,
- 1 tin corn
- 1 tin baby carrots
- 1 tin potatoes
Preparation:
- Throw your chops into the camp oven and brown them for about 3-4 minutes depending on how hot your fire is.
- Add all canned vegetable including the juice and top with a little water
- Check and stir every 10 minutes until meat is tender.
