  • 3 parts S.R. Flour to 1part full cream powdered milk
  • 1 can of beer
  • ½ tsp of salt
  1. Mix all dry ingredients Except the Beer together.
  2. Add the beer and mix through with a knife until a soft bread like dough forms . (Dough should be sticky to touch - not dry).
  3. Shape with the help of a little flour.
  4. Cook in a hot camp oven for roughly 20-30 minutes.

Tip: Remember - your damper is cooked if it sounds hollow when tapped!
