1 chorizo, roughly chopped

1 red onion, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

1 sprig fresh thyme

1 chili, roughly chopped

1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 pinch salt

1 red capsicum


Step 1 Into the Big Boar dutch oven, add chorizo, red onion, garlic, thyme, chili, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes and salt. Cook for approximately 10 minutes and move onto the Ozpig warming plate.


Step 2 Onto the Ozpig grill plate, char the capsicum then roughly chop and add to the bean mixture. Grill the toast on the grill plate and top with the bean mix to serve.
