Ingredients:
- 500g frozen peas, thawed
- 80ml cream
- 80ml chicken stock
- 50g butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a saucepan over the heat diffuser melt the butter then add the peas, cream and stock.
- Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Mash with potato masher or fork.
- Season with salt and pepper.
