Preparation:
  1. Cut potatoes in half but be careful to not cut all the way through the potato. Stuff each potato with bacon, onion, butter, grated cheese and salt then wrap the potato in foil.
  2. Place the foil-wrapped potatoes directly on coals for 20-25 minutes.
  3. While potatoes are cooking, salt and oil the eye fillet and place on a very hot chargrill for 3 minutes on each side (medium rare).
  4. Once cooked, rest for 5 minutes before eating.
