Preparation:

Sauce:

Saute chopped onion on the Ozpig barbecue plate or in a wok with 1tbsp olive oil,

Add 250gm crushed tomatoes, simmer for 6-8minutes, then remove and set aside

Chicken:

  1. In a wok or cast iron fry pan add a little olive oil and garlic and saute for 2 minutes

  2. Add onions, capsicum, white wine and continue to saute for 6-10min

  3. Add chicken, water, pre-made sauce (above) and stock cube

  4. Season with salt and pepper then cover and cook for 20 minutes

  5. Add mushrooms and assorted other vegetables (optional) along with nutmeg.

  6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes, or uncover if sauce is too watery.

  7. Ready serve!
