Preparation:
  1. Combine the mince with the garlic and basil paste and fry until brown.
  2. Add ¼ white wine until evaporated.
  3. Add the bottle of pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese
  4. Bring to boil – then simmer for 1 hour

Serve on hot pasta with extra parmesan cheese and a side salad
